Rugby Match for the Waleses

The Prince of Wales, Patron of the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU), and The Princess of Wales, Patron of the Rugby Football Union, attended the Wales vs England Six Nations Match at the Principality Stadium. As ever, the friendly competition between the pair is expected. A few events before the game took place: The Princess of Wales is wearing a red and white houndstooth coat by Catherine Walker. Before the game kicked off, William and Kate spent time meeting injured players who are supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust. The principal aim of the charity is to help and support those who have been seriously injured whilst playing rugby football in Wales.

TRH's sang both national anthems for the teams they were watching but it was the Princess who came up victorious with England winning 20-10.

Over to the fashion now as Catherine brought back a fan favourite, which we were all hoping would get a re-wear. The Princess wore the Catherine Walker coat that was first worn on the 2018 tour of Sweden when Catherine was expecting Prince Louis.

As ever; in recent times, the Princess' look was all repeats. The beautiful Mulberry handbag, whilst not my first choice (the red handbag worn in 2018 might have matched better) still helped the outfit.
HRH also brought back a pair of her Aquatalia boots; a platform ankle boot in black suede.

The Princess accessorised with her Mappin and Webb Empress earrings as well as a silver rose brooch; the rose being an emblem for the England Team.

Upcoming Engagements for the Princess:

28 February - The Prince and Princess of Wales will undertake several engagements in South Wales including a visit to Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre and an engagement at the headquarters of Wales Air Ambulance.

1 March - The Prince of Wales, Colonel, Welsh Guards, accompanied by the Princess of Wales, will visit the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards on Wednesday 1st March to attend the St David’s Day Parade. This will be the first time the Prince has visited the Welsh Guards since becoming colonel of the regiment.

The Duchess of Cambridge is back !

The Duchess of Cambridge has arrived at RAF Brize Norton where she's set to hear about the humanitarian evacuation undertaken by the RAF of thousands of people from Afghanistan.  The Duchess's Wardrobe: The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new jacket in neutral. It was the Reiss 'Larsson' double-breasted Twill blazer. A new bag was also in the cards for today as the Duchess wore Tusting Mini Holly Bag in Taupe.  The Duke of Cambridge was seen out and about today at the London Eye. With his Earthshot prize announcing their first winners on Friday - I imagine it's about that.

New Patronage for the Duchess of Cornwall + Engagement later this month

The Duchess of Cornwall signals her determination to extend her work on helping the survivors of sexual violence as she becomes patron of Nigeria's first sexual assault referral centre. The Duchess has a long history with working on this topic and bringing much needed discussion and spotlight onto it.  This Month's Engagements so far: 9th September:  To mark Emergency Services Day, the Duke of Cambridge will visit Dockhead fire station in south London on Thursday where he will meet emergency respondents and members of the public who received their life-saving support. 19th September: The Prince of Wales, Patron, Battle of Britain Fighter Association and The Duchess of Cornwall, will attend a service of Thanksgiving and Rededication to mark the 81st Anniversary of the Battle of Britain at Westminster Abbey Message #💞the-cambridge-

Duke and Duchess of Rothesay out and about

The couple first unveiled a plaque to commemorate the opening of the Ballater Community and Heritage Hub. During this visit, the couple toured the art exhibition which takes place in the Heritage Hub. Afterwards, the couple visited local shops and businesses during a short walk through the village in Ballater, Scotland. Fashion Thoughts: I'm in love with the Duchess's outfit. The tartan and colour are just so nice even thought I could do without the colour of the shoes but it doesn't ruin it for me.
